Connie is a Managing Partner of TAS United. She possesses nearly 35 years of experience in the call center industry. In 1982, Connie established The Message Center, one of the first computerized call centers in the San Antonio, Texas market. Under Connie’s leadership, the company was one of the first to implement digital technology in a telemessaging operation and remains a leader in the telephone answering service industry today. In 2015, Connie joined TAS United, where she leads all operational aspects of the company.
