The leadership team of TAS United Medical Exchange boasts more than 65 years of combined experience in the medical answering service and call center industries.
Kevin Ryan

Kevin serves as President of TAS United Medical Exchange. With more than 30 years of experience in the call center industry, Kevin has worked in every facet of the telephone answering service – from manufacturing call center systems to consulting and ownership. In the past 15 years alone, Kevin has successfully launched three telecommunication companies, including TAS United.

In 2010, Kevin founded Gocomm, one of the first cloud-based providers for the call center industry, which offered virtualized servers running in the public cloud. Prior to Gocomm, Kevin started JCF Communications in 2004 with the acquisition of a small day-time answering service in Austin, TX. Over the course of the next five years, JCF grew into a state-wide call center with multiple offices servicing state agencies, Fortune 50 companies, universities, and major medical networks. As a recognized expert in the call center industry, Kevin was inducted into the National Amtelco Equipment Owners (NAEO) Hall of Fame in 2006.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL, and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he published his thesis on the deregulation of the telephone industry and its effects on consumer pricing.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Monique and children Jack, Currin, Frank, James, and Julie.

Eric Edwards
Manager, Client Services

Eric is the Manager, Client Services for TAS United Medical Exchange. He is a veteran of the medical messaging industry with more than 13 years of experience. Since joining TAS United Medical Exchange, Eric has been involved with nearly every department, from working with front-line agents and training programmers to identifying root causes with QA and welcoming new clients as part of the sales team.

In his current role as head of Client Services, Eric focuses on communication and reliability. His goal is two-fold: to deliver consistent, 5-star service to every client and to ensure that TAS United Medical Exchange provides valuable, personalized service to meet the individual needs of each client.

Eric holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas State University with an emphasis in Writing. He also earned a certificate in Business Management from the Center for Professional Education at The University of Texas at Austin. In his free time, Eric takes an active role in his children’s education, enjoys tabletop games, and spending time with his wife and friends.

Dan Kilday
National Sales Manager

Dan serves as a National Sales Manager for TAS United Medical Exchange. He is a veteran sales leader with more than 10 years of industry experience. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with several prominent companies throughout Texas and Tennessee. Prior to joining TAS United Medical Exchange, Dan worked in the home health industry as a patient care representative and held account executive roles with the Medical Service Bureau in Austin, TX and Independent Medical in Knoxville, TN. He started his career in communications as a sportscaster for local TV stations in Texas, Virginia, and Georgia.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Huntingdon College. He is the author of the middle grade novel, Molly Warner: School Reporter, which tackles the subject of journalism and freedom of the press. It’s available online and in some local book stores. He enjoys writing, cooking, and hanging out by the pool with his wife Liz, and three children, Kennedy, Rhett, and Elise.

Audrey Jenkins
Site Manager

Audrey serves as Site Manager for TAS United Medical Exchange. She has more than nine years of experience supervising a team of agents in a high-volume call center environment.

Specializing in medical call processing, Audrey exercises an unwavering commitment to client service with the ability to develop productive relationships, resolve complex issues, and build customer loyalty. She leads her team by focusing on the use of active listening skills to find common ground and achieve successful outcomes.

Audrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Small Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. She enjoys motorcycling on nice sunny days, reading, and the exploration of knowledge and travel. Although, her true passion is writing.
