MiSecure Messaging is a HIPAA-Compliant, 2-way messaging app that allows physicians to separate work and personal messages, create group messages, integrate with On-Call messaging, and access message history and reports. TAS United Medical Exchange has also created an interface between our internal system and Halo Health. This interface allows our agents to safely and securely send messages containing PHI directly to Halo Health users. It also allows us to receive a signal once the message has been viewed so we know the message was successfully delivered. This saves your providers valuable time by not having to call in to retrieve messages.
